In my work at North Group Consultants, Alegre has been a tremendous resource to several of our clients. I specifically worked closely with Alegre at two different non-profit organizations. Both organizations where in need of a special events experts that could assist with the planning and implementation of an event. For one of the organizations, Alegre was asked to rescue an event due to the limited capacity in the Development Office and a short time for planning. The Alegre team jumped in, assigned tasks, held people accountable, and managed a successful event. The other organization needed the expertise of Alegre to manage a virtual event due to COVID -19 challenges. Managing this virtual event required leading event planning meetings, coordinating sponsorships, and overseeing the production of a 1-hour live broadcast that included individual watch parties throughout the US.
